Hello, Football Season!

Sarah Simmsrecipes
Football season has arrived and that means the return of hot wings, not those greasy deep-fried and breaded ones that you find in most sports bars. You can make healthier (and much more delicious) ones right in the comfort of your own home!!

Preheat your oven to 500. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Toss wings (you can leave 'em whole or clip the tips and break them down into drumettes and flats) lightly in grapeseed oil and sprinkle liberally with your favorite seasonings and spices (garlic salt, paprika, lemon pepper, onion powder, white pepper, thyme, etc) and lay out on sheet tray. Roast for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip them over about halfway through. Once done, pull from oven and toss in your favorite hot wing sauce.

Total touchdown.

Enjoy!
