Best Bleu Cheese Dip / Dressing

Sarah Simmsrecipes
With the Superbowl just two weeks away, it's time to start rounding up your favorite game day snacks for what is the king of game days and America's most favorite Sunday, the one and only, Superbowl Sunday.

This blue cheese dip is the best. It can be thinned out a bit to use as a dressing (just add a bit more buttermilk until you get the consistency where you want it).  It can definitely be made by hand but if you happen to have a food processor - this is the time to use it!

This dip can be served with just about anything - crunchy sea salt chips, vegetable crudite, and wings are just a few of the options. You can also smear it onto burger buns and stuff it into giant olives or dates.
