My favorite day to date....by far...fresh pasta galore. 

Our instructor blared Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin over the classroom speakers as we whipped up fresh pasta dough which we then turned into fettuccine, ravioli, raviolo (giant ravioli), and agnolotti.  













We served the ricotta and egg yolk stuffed raviolo with a brown butter sauce and some bacon that the class next-door to us had just finished curing. 


We tossed the fettuccine noodles in some pesto sauce. 


More pasta tomorrow....!
