Day 23
Today we worked with Lobsters.
We made a Lobster Bisque.
We garnished the bisque with some lobster guacamole sandwiched between Parmesan crisps.
The Parmesan crisps were SO simple and SO delish! These crisps take about 5 minutes to make and you can use them on soup or salads for added flavor and a bit of fanciness.
Heat oven to 350. Chop some fresh Italian Parsley and toss it in with some shredded Parmesan Cheese. Sprinkle the mixture onto a baking sheet into little round piles (put some parchment paper down first if you have it on hand) and bake cheese in oven for about 4 minutes or until golden and crisp. Pull out of oven and let cool completely. Once cool, crisps can be used as crackers or for garnish.
