Wine Wand

Philip Stein (known for their luxury watches) has created a "magic" wand that takes advantage of certain properties in crystal that they can't really even explain.  The wand removes the vapor of tannins from red wine, reducing aeration time from two hours to less than five minutes by using the natural frequencies.

The wine wand comes in a travel size ($325) and full size ($525). It will be interesting to see if these start appearing in restaurants and wine bars....only time will tell.
