This extremely useful dinner plate ($23.95) by Jeffrey Harris could actually change the way you eat! The Idea behind the plate is simple, the easiest way to eat healthy is to eat the right portions: 1/2 protein, 1/4 starch, and 1/2 vegetables. This plate is a visual and tactile reminder that reinforces healthy eating... sort like "training wheels" for getting the hang of portion control. Each portion plate is 9.5 inches in diameter and made of porcelain.



Another interesting product is the discreet (and chic!) Wine-Trax 11oz wine glass with frosted rings to indicate portions of four, six and eight ounces.  This is the perfect way to keep aware of how much wine you are consuming and always ensure an accurate pour.
