I am loving these caterers for your next gathering, whether it be a birthday shindig or outdoor wedding. This method of serving food is so outside-of box and wonderful!

Skillet (based out of Seattle) is a vintage airstream trailer that serves modern american diner food with only local ingredients. This week's menu includes a grass-fed beef burger with arugula, bacon jam, and cambozola cheese, a grilled chicken salad with chimichurri, local greens, creme fraiche, and shallot confit, a shrimp po'boy with romaine slaw and black pepper aioli, hand-cut fries topped with gravy, cheddar, and herbs, and hazelnut chocolate clusters with sea salt.

Fresher than Fresh Sno Cones (based out of Kansas City) has a darling pastel-colored vintage trailer that serves 8oz sno cones in flavors like lemon prickly pear,  blackberry lavendar, ginger rose, watermelon basil, and pineapple with serrano pepper...so perfect for a summer party.

Enjoy Cupcakes (based out of Santa Barbara/Santa Ynez) also has a vintage trailer and they serve a wide selection of tasty treats including wine-flavored cupcakes. Some of their most popular cupcake flavors include spiced mango chardonnay, chocolate blackberry syrah, sugar daddy, blueberry cobbler, olallie berry rose, mimosa, meyer lemon raspberry chardonnay, coca cola,  and dark chocolate salted caramel.

The Tin Cantina (based out of Portland) is a traveling vintage bar in a 1965 aluminum airstream trailer that comes with a bartender, a server and your own custom cocktail menu.
