Do-it-yourself Cheese Kits...a Foodie's dream hobbie!

UrbanCheesecraft (based out of Portland, Oregon) has these kits that allow you to make your own cheese at home. Each kit makes 10 batches of cheese and comes with all of the necessary items needed except the milk (one gallon).

There are a couple of different kit options including:

• Mozzarella & Ricotta $22
• Paneer & Queso Blanco $18
• Goat / Chevre $27

Fancy Idea: Experiment by adding fresh herbs, dried fruits, and nuts (especially with the goat cheese). You can also try making different shaped cheeses by purchasing molds on the website or attempting to use homemade molds and cookie cutters.
