Bottle your Dish Soap
Putting your dish soap into glass bottles with spouts may be one of the easiest ways to make your kitchen sink area look effortlessly chic. Something about clean glass and the whimsical color options of dish soap just works. This idea was featured in Martha Stewart's list of her "Top 40 Good Things" and rightfully so! You will never want to hide your dish soap under the sink if you display it like this. There is no need to go out and spend a bundle on expensive packaged soap when you can buy the cheaper stuff and display in this uber-attractive manner.
I bought a couple of glass bottles at Sur La Table yesterday in the $5-8 range. The bottles were displayed near the mason jars and meant for oil, vinegar, and dressings, etc. I replaced the rubber tops with metal spouts (sold separately for about $2.95 each) and ...Voila!
Italian Cylindrical Airtight Glass Bottle, $5 [this is the one I bought!]
