Bacon & Chocolate

Vosges Haut-Chocolat is leading the the bacon and chocolate bandwagon. I was in world market the other day and as I strolled down the candy aisle I spotted Mo's Dark Chocolate Bacon Bar...magical, really. The bar consisted of 62% cacao (dark chocolate), Alderwood sea salt, and Applewood smoked bacon - the perfect combination of salty and sweet.

After a bit of googling (online that is) I found that Vosges Haut-Chocolat also makes Mo's Bacon Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix, Bacon Caramel Toffee, Mo's Candy Bar library (box of 9 different bacon bars), and Bacon & Eggs (dark chocolate eggs filled with bacon caramel)....sinful choices galore!
